Terms of Service

Welcome to Micros AI, a subscription-based service designed to animate SVGs using text input. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Services
Micros AI is available to users of all ages. Users under 13 must have parental or guardian consent where required by applicable law. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and ensuring all activities comply with these terms.

2. Subscription and Payments
Micros AI operates on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is required in advance, and the subscription will renew automatically unless canceled. Payments are securely processed through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees.

3. Free Credits and Refund Policy
New users receive free credits upon signup to evaluate the service before subscribing. The subscription fee for monthly plans is non-refundable, as users are given free credits to test the service beforehand.

4. Plans and Pricing
Micros AI's paid plan is the "Pro" plan which costs $10 per month and offers upto 25 Micros generation per month. Plans and prices may be reviewed and updated, with changes taking effect only at the start of the next billing cycle. Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any plan/price changes and can cancel their subscription before the new price takes effect.

5. Ownership of Content
All SVGs and animations you upload or generate remain your property. You are free to sell, share, or distribute AI-generated Micros as you see fit. By using Micros AI, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your animations for research and to train and improve our AI models.

6. Integration with Third-Party AI Models
Micros AI leverages third-party AI models to provide its services. While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for limitations or inaccuracies arising from third-party integrations.

7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancelation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Micros AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
Micros AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. For further inquiries, contact us at sup@microsai.app.

Privacy Notice

Micros AI values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

1. Data We Collect
Account Information: Name, email address, and payment details for account setup and subscription management. Usage Data: Interaction logs to improve service quality. SVG Files and Generated Animations: Uploaded files and animations are processed to provide the service and may be used for training and improving our AI models.

3. Data Sharing

Refund Policy

Micros AI aims to provide clarity and transparency regarding its refund policy.

1. No Refund Policy

• - Micros AI operates on a no-refund basis for monthly subscriptions.
• - Free credits are provided upon signup to allow users to evaluate the service before subscribing.
• - By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that the subscription fee is non-refundable, even if you choose not to use the service after purchase.

2. Cancelations

You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. After cancelation, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of:
